calls from 'private number' and says that I have placed an order with them. they then send me to their website and give me a call back number, so I know its them every time. Called over 15 times in one month, they never remove my number and continually harass me. Even going so far as to laugh when they call, the guys name supposedly is "Robert Manning" and he thinks its funny to continually call, as late as 8pm.

I keep receiving phone calls from this business even after asking them several times not to call me back. It seems to be a game for there telemarketers to call me back immeadiatley after hanging up the phone for the sole purpose of interupting and harasing me, and then they had a different salesman call ten minutes later! This all started about two years ago. After I ordered a few things from them, they started calling on a regular basis. Finally I told a salesman that I can not afford to do business with you because of the phone calls. I asked him to remove me from there list, he then blew up and started swearing at me. I hung up on him. He called back immeadiatley and was sreaming on the other end of the phone! After a while the calls stopped. Several months went by and now they are calling again!

Phone salesman continue to call even though we have asked them not to, as we have found better prices elsewhere for our building supplies and tools. During one phone call, the salesman said he had some stuff lying around he needed to get rid of, and would like to send them free of charge, including shipping. Agreed to this and a box of miscellaneous items arrived, with an invoice of '$0.00' next to each item. The following month, a bill for $400 arrived for this box of 'free' stuff which they now say we owe.

For starters, we have asked their salesmen to stop calling our house because we have found better prices elsewhere on building supplies. During one phone call, the salesman said he had a lot of odds 'n ends lying around he needed to get rid of, and he would like to send it to us just to get rid of it, paid shipping and no charges whatsoever. Told him fine. A box came with an assortment of items (extension cord, shop light, allen wrench set, etc.) along with an invoice with "$0.00" next to each item. The next month, a bill arrived for $400 for all our "free" items which they insist we owe.
