After I bought this Laptop I discovered that there were no Bluetooth device installed though a blue tooth touch button is there.

At times during start up ACER Arcade Delux was started up automatically and then windows couldn't boot saying that there are some hardware settings change so can't boot. I had to do Alt +F10 to reinstall Windows and all - loosing all C: data and installed softwares.
