i applied for replacement of battery of my laptop acer extensa 4620 series on still under i year warrany.case ref no.vcl/asc/0609/049 060809-444 dated 11/06/09 as the backup of my battery was quietlow about 20 mins.my cmplaint was registered with the acer servicecenter janakpuri delhi through the acer customer care .the acer staff at thejanakpuri service center said if the backup is below 30% the battery is replaced by the com pany i still have not received the replacement for my batteryinstead of repeated requests. the staff alwaysasks fro my laptop details everytime i acall them
