Jan 20010: Since purchasing a 32"aT322oB LCD TV in Jan o7, it has been sent back to Sydney 4 times.
Parts have been replaced, including the screen and the board and now we have a black line down the side of the screen AGAIN. Their customer service is hopeless...I have asked that the Tv be repalced, pointing out that the unit is a 'lemon', but they take no notice of my request. I have asked for their complaints dept contact details so I can complain in writing - I was told they dont have a complaints dept?? I just couldnt get passed the dope at customer service. I am looking for advise please. Consumer Protection have advised me that I have done more than enough considering I have sent the TV back 4 times, and to ask for replacement product...but that doesnt work. How does this comany get away with this? Their lap tops are also a disgrace.
