I am paying a monthly fee to download games. I can log on to get new games no problem but when I decide to cancel my account there are 'site errors'. After I've tried to cancel my account, now I can't even log onto the site without a 'page error'.

I've left emails for help but so far nothing but links to buy more games.

Acer Games... don't use it.
