Company provides training material (at a cost) to prepare for the US Postal exam. They state that if you are not hired, you will be refunded the money. Since I had decided not to pursue career at USPS, I tried to contact them via their website 800 number. The 800 number on their website is incorrect - they noted the incorrect 800 number several times on this website.
