This company is the worst of the worst. This company just takes peoples money, that's all they care about. I sent for a free trial when I received it I cancelled it with in 3 days, I also sent the product back. I checked my bank account and they took out $140 yesterday. I called them I also spoke to a supervisor all they did was give me the run around. This company is a "FRAUD". I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered the sample of Aci Berry in October to which I was charged $4.95 and received, then I noticed that they charged me an additonal $126.40 on the 19th of October for something I have never received and again on the 2nd of November they charge to my visa $131.35 under the name of Global Wellbeing. Visa suspected that that was a fraudulent charge so I have been credited and Visa is now going after Global Wellbeing. I am trying to recoup the $126.40 but to no success as this time. I can't seem to find a way to contact this company.

I ordered the product and it took 6-7 days to come in. Started immediately 1 cap 20 mm b4 breakfast and 1 cap 20 mm b4 lunch. They gave me stomach ache and no results. I do not feel better and I do not see any results. I am 5'2" and weight 151 lbs - the same when I started the product. I did not lose a pound. Before the 14 day trial period I called several numbers to cancel and guess what? They were unable to pull up my records. I had already read a LOT of negative comments SO WHAT DID I DO? I called my bank and cancelled the credit card. Today (9/21/2009) I called again because I did not want any surprises… Guess what? They finally found my account and I was told I had already been billed $79.96 (approximately) on September 13; and that they were unable to return my money. I got furious and hung up on the customer representative. Then I opened my bank account and did not see the charges - called my bank and I was told that if the credit card had been cancelled, they could try as many times as they wanted but the charges never went through so…………. that is what you should do… Order the product and immediately cancel the credit card you used to order the sample – then, request another credit card and you are saved.

I ordered a free bottle of Aci Berry and only paied for shipping. I got my credit card bill and saw a charge for $80 some dollars. When I called them to dispute the charge, they told me because I didn't return the bottle in 15 days they charged me for the whole amount. They sent no indication that that was what needed to be done nor was it on the web site. All they sent was the bottle and a pamphlet about aciberry. There customer severvice is very bad and not helpful. DO NOT ORDER ACIBERRY FOR A FREE PRODUCT BECAUSE ITS NOT FREE.

Called and received the free 15 day trial of the product, after the 15 days they can charge you the $88.62 which you should have read under the terms and conditions on the internet advertising (I did not see that part) so I agreed to pay the amount due and also cancelled the product. I received another bottle in the mail, whcih triggered me looking at my account and now I have been charged $94.57 for a bottle I did not order and had canceled, so I returned the bottle not opened UPS asking for a refund. 24 days lapsed and I now have received another bottle of the product, called again and spent another 25 min. going back and forth trying to explain what has happened, asked several questions and did not get an answer for any of them. but tried to tell me they called and I gave them authorization but could not confirm. I simply told them that this is a scam, canceled the order again and sent back the product, then had to call my bank report fraud charge they reversed the charges then I had to cancel my card and have a new one issues. Becareful I have found out that this happened to a least 10 other people in my group of friends. The Free ACI Berry Trial is a SCAM...plan on spending $95 per bottle...
