charged $87.00 for free bottle
I ordered a free bottle of aci berry for free shipping. My friend at work told me she ordered the same thing earlier and was charged on her credit card for the free bottle. I called the aci berry number but they did not have my account or even knew who I was. After that I got charged on my credit card. When I called the number on my statement they suddenly knew who I was then they would not credit my account.

$87 for 1 bottle of "free pills"
a scam..don't buy it !! They stated by phone they would credit me for the 87 dollars they charged my account and never did. I cancelled my order my e-mail after I placed my order for the free sample. Because I didn't call by phone, which I did not have their number till I saw it on my credit card they said I got my "trial period for 87 dollars" and that is what I got---a 87 dollar charge FOR NOTHING!! When I called to speak to as supervisor they said "they are all in a meeting" on Fri. night at 9:45pm. When I tried to cancel my order by phone they said I was not in the system...yet they had the informatio to charge my credit card!!

didnt receive confirmation
i was told i would get a confirmation on the aci berry and the geen tea extract and never got either one and i gave my credit card information and i want it destroyed i dont want the charges on my credit card and i dont want the aci berry or the green tea pills i have been scamed once and i dont want it again no i dont want anything else just my card number destroyed and the charges put back

Unauthorized charges
I just noticed a pending charge in my checking account for 87.13 that I never authorized for this Aci Berry stuff. I have notified my bank to stop payment on this. There was also another charge that was not authorized for $89.95 from Max Colon. Where do these people get off doing this.

Aci Berry is a scam
Please do not buy this product unless you read the fine print very carefully and are prepared to spend $79.96. I order the product last month and received the order after 15 days. They tell you that you can return the product within 15 days of the when the product is shipped!. Well I did not get my product until day 14. I called the company and asked if I could have my money back b/c I noticed I was charged $79.96 instead of the $4.99 offered on their website. I was told no I chould not. I was told I should have read the fine print@!!!.
Well, I asked to speak to the manager. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes only to be told by the manager that she is not authorized to refund my money!!!. Lovely. This company is a scam big time!!!

took unathorized funds
I ordered a bottle on line all I was supposed to be charges was 4.99 which they did. I called back on th 5th to cancel so I would not be charged for anything since this bottle was free I thought As my doctors orders this was not for me.Guess I was charged 78.00 anyway. I called customer complained about the charge. I was put on hold forever finnaly a voice and I was told since I didn, t talk to a person and got on line I would not be charged for any other products but I had to pay for the bottle i received guess what it was not free surprice .I called my bank and made a complaint no refund at all. I am a senior citizen who cares they got their money. This is not fair my money is dear. Please don't get in this web of deciet. These people don, t care you are the loser.Join my cause don't buy form this company. fair is fair they don, t know the meaning. I know I am not the only one let's stick together and put the word out..

FRAUD
After receuvung several unexplained charges to our credit card, a call was finally made to the telephone number listed on back of the Acai Berry bottle. During the first call, it was explained nothing could be done without the operator filling out some "form" and that a call back should be made in 30 minutes. No one answered that return call. A second call was made later that evening and I firmly told them to take our name off the list, do not send any further product nor charge our card for anything. I was assured it would be done. The next day our credit card company fraud department called with information on suspicious activity...of course is was the Acai Berry/Total Cleanse company billing our card for something. DO NOT sign up for the product. YOU WILL be ripped off and have to go through the hassel of canceling your credit cards in order to end this nightmare.
