I have just read your reviews regarding these scams.

I myself have been subject to this recently and I am having a great deal of difficulty trying to obtain my two transactions of £74.62p (Total £149.24) back.

I initially took up the free trial offer of two products @ £3.81 each postal and packing which I promptly paid before receipt of my credit card statement. I was never aware of any Terms and Conditions, working for a large mail order company I am very conscious of these therefore they must have been well hidden on the page.

To my disgust on receiving my credit card statement I have had the above charges applied.

I have contacted the company LABSUPPORT.COM on numerous occasions unfortunately to no avail, they give you an e-mail address of [email protected] which seems to be non existent as ait always returns as a mailer demon.

In addition I have contacted my Credit Card company (MBNA) who also are not willing to help.

I e-mail you for some guidance and in anticipation that you can help me get these amounts refunded.
