i signed up a free trail for the acaiberry detox but i was scammed after reff trail without instructions
they send more three bottles of aciaberry detox and take out £237.85 from my debit card and i try
to call them so many time but no one answer.

I participated in a short survey and as a reward I was given a 30 day supply of Acia Berry Detox with a charge of $.99 shipping and handling. There must have been some very fine, fine print about returning it in 15 days somewhere on te webste but it was well hidden. However after 15 days I received my credit card statemen and noticed an additional charge for $86.42. I immediaely notified the credit card company who responded after about 1 1/2 weeks later. All of this took over 30 days and when I contacted the company that billed for the product they informed me it was too late. (0ver 30 days.) and also that another shipment was on its way to me for anoter $86.00 or so. There is at least one of these surveyspop up every day on the computer. I think they should be illegal if they are going to rope you into the $.99 cent shipping and then hit you with the "fine print" a month later.

Hi VIV3 Lab Ltd have done the same to me here in England. I have four amounts of $118.63 taken from my Credit Card. No goods. I did not sign Terms and Conditions, I did not accept Terms and Conditions. Their email address is [email protected]. Email them every day, several times a day if you can. Do a (Services/Goods not received Chargeback Dispute) to the Company. Tell you bank that you want to do the same. Keep all details. Keep telling bank and Company that you have NOT NOT NOT received any goods and they have not legal right to do this to you. Threaten them with the small claims court and lawyers. Keep all emails from them as evidence. Use words like "you did not authorise them or any other companies affiliated to them" - you did not authorise them to take any funds from your bank. Tell the Bank the same. Keep fighting. They both will come back with their excuses. Do not take them. Ask bank for email address to contact them then you can email them every day. Do not put your details in email to bank just last 4 digits of your card number, your surname and postcode. Tell them it is urgent that they have a responsibility to you as a customer. Tell them that they should have warned you about these companies and asked whether you OKAYED these amount to be removed. They have know about this "SCAM" for some time but have done nothing to protect us. Up to today I have been returned 2 x $118.63 so all the emailing has helped me to have some money refunded. I am still working on the other funds taken. This companyis to be avoided. What I find really upsetting is that if they have got a really good product why do they not sell it reasonable and they would have a huge following. Why do people have to be so "dishonest" in their dealings. Companies like this should be stopped.

i never ordered this item but they have charged me for the free trial £79.00 and a furthur £75.00 for another of the same item how can they be allowed to do this i have been to my bank today and this is been treated as FRAUD i have never given any autorisation to take anything out of my bank. after reading about other people who have had the same experience they should be taken to task i am not going to let this go.

The company advertised a free bottle for 3.95 shipping only.Not only did they charge my credit card 3.95 also 87.13. Never did I receive the free bottle or the bottle they charged me 87.13 . I called and Janis cancelled my order and stated that they would refund my money...I it has been 3 weeks and I have not receive anything. My cancellation number is 175539 and I would to know how can I get my money back.
