I too was a victim of this company. Like most I signed up for the free trial which was fine, I recieved the trial and thought nothing more of it untill another delivery arrived. It wasn't untill I recieved my bank statement that I realised I had been charged again. I can accept that I was charged the once as I didnt read the terms and conditions properly. Once I realise how much I had paid I rang the number on the bottle to cancel. Again I thought nothing more of this as the man I spoke to said that I has cancelled sucsessfully, to my horror I recieved a bank statement and I had been charged 3 more times for the product. I did not even recieve anything as I had cancelled yet they still took money out of my account. I went into my bank today to inform them of the problem so they have now changed my account number so no more money can be taken by them, as it is a card payment the details are different to a direct debit so they wil be unable to take any more money. I also rang the number on the bottle and they are refunding the payments. If anyone does not have the number it is +44 02031399024. Hopefully this will be paid into my account. Hope this helps anyone else in the same situation. When you ring though it sounds like a dead tone and then it connects after a few seconds. Good luck people!!!

I ordered a free sample of Acia Berry and two weeks later my bank account was charged (without my consent" $87.11. I called the company and was told to send back the unused medicine which I did " by certified mail" which they recieved on 11-16-09; I was told I would receive my refund in two weeks. As of today I still have not received my money. On December 10th I received an email telling me I would receive my refund in 30 business days. I feel I have been patient long enough and have no alternative but to go to small claims court for satisfaction.

I have continuously called this company requesting that they refund my credit card for 83.18. I returned the bottle to them on September 11, 2009. I have spoke with my people taking the phone calls. I finally was able to talk with a supervisor named Aurthor who told me that I should have called them before I sent the bottle back and been given an RMA (returned merchandise Authorization) number from them and they would have refunded my money. Now they have both the bottle and also my money. Not bad for a few minutes of work!!!

I am disgusted at the amount of complaints about Viv3 Labs and they are still scamming people and ripping them off. I recently just checked my statement and yes they did debit a total of £144.50 and I haven't received anything in return.

I have had to cancel my bank card and I am waiting on the bank looking into this as I have reported as fraud. I didn't apply for the trial nor did I even receive anything from this company. They can't keep getting away with this someone has to have the power to stop them.

Am so angry!! This is a lot of money in this day and age! Cannot find email or telephone number that anyone will answer.

Really this is an outrage... no wonder they are making a profit if no one will stop them!

I ordered online the acai berry product and was told that it would just cost me just $1.70 S&H and then if after a sample I liked it they would charge me $84.98. On July 17 they charged my banking account $84.98 PLUS the $1.70 and then a few days later received a sample from a shipping place in Georgia. I sent it back, unopened, by certified mail. No answer has ever been received nor certified copy received. Now I tried to phone their number... 866-489-6487 and they say the number has been disconnected. I had tried to call imemdiately after the bank thing and they had a robot answering and couldn't talk to anyone. Can you help me.
