CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR PRODUCT I DID NOT RECEIVE
I PURCHASED THE ACIA BERRY PRODUCT ON LINE AWEEK AGO. I HAVEN'T EVEN TAKEN THE PRODUCT OUT OF THE BOX YET. MY DEBIT CARD HAS NOW BEEN CHARGED $79.99' WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. IAM SO ANGRY THAT I WAS MISINFORMED' AND OBVIOUSLY SCAMMED. I WILL REPORT THIS INCIDENT TO THE BBB, AND PRESS CHARGES IF NEED BE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'VE ALREADY CANCELED THAT PARTICULAR DEBIT CARD, SO INCLINE CS, SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT ON LINE. GO INTO A STORE. RESEARCH THIS PRODUCT BEFORE PURCHASING. I HAVEN'T EVEN TRIED IT YET, AND I'M OUT OF $79.99. BUYERS BE AWARE.

Fraudulant withdrawl from my account
I ordered a free bottle of acaia berry detox from this company online, which in turn withdrew 87.13 dollars from my checking account. I called them up to discuss with them and they told me I was on a 14 day trial period and that I had not cancelled the account during that time. Basically the 87.13 was just something that they would keep and they could do nothing about refunding the money to me. Despite the simple fact that I was unaware of the 14 day trial period of the fact that they would withdraw the money from my account.

I am so disgusted with this type of companies that rip people of and boldly lie about getting them into a trial period. What can I do to get that money back? Besides calling an attorney and shuting them down alltogether?

Please relpy,

They keep sending products and billing my credit card without my consent!
I ordered a free sample "As recommended by Dr. Oz nd Oprah." The free sample came followed by 2 more shipments that I have not ordered. I thought they made a mistake and sent more free samples so I threw them away. (Bad stuff full of caffeine.) No, they billed my credit card $89 per shipment. I am just sick over this! Of course they do not answer their 1800 number at all.

unauthorized charges
They charged my account 85.91, saying the site had the info clearly stating the amount after 15 days of sent out. A 15 day supply for 85.91 omg... I did not authorize this on the site, just the free trial plus sh.4.99..only. I received no paper work with my free sample and have not recieved anything else so you telling me that 85.91 is what it costs for a FREE SAMPLE!!! I want my money back so if I have to go to the bank with the imformation that I did not authorize this charge of 85.91.

lied, made mistakes, chareged my account
I had read an article on line that said, in short, to use a combination of Bromalite and the acia berry together to help increase energy, promote weight loss, etc, etc. and gave web sites to order a free 14 day trial of each. So I ordered both on the internet on Thursday, February 5. On the following Friday I received a call from the Advanced Wellness Research in saying that they were going to send a 60 day supply to try and that they need my payment information. I told the representative who gave me her name as Jenn Miller or Janet Miller and her rep # as being 81471, that I had already given that info in the internet. She then informed me that it did not go through and they needed it again. In addition I told her I only wanted the sample if it was only a 14 day sample not 60 capsule because I did not want to have to pay for shipping to return the bottle and her response was “exactly”. I said Oh, so the 60 capsules is the 14 day sample? And she said “exactly”. So I gave her the info and she gave me a confirmation # of 200213135. I received in the mail on February 9, 1 bottle of Bromalite and to my surprise, two bottles of Acia berry. After opening one of them I find that the 60 capsules is NOT for 14 days. As the directions say 2 capsules a day. That would only be 28 capsules. So Ms. Miller has already lied to me about that. At this point I am ready to cancel the whole order of both the Bromalite and the acai berry. So on February 10, I call the Bromalite company and tell them since I am returning the acia berry and can’t use them in conjunction with one another that I would like to return their product. They say “no problem, you’re still in your free trial period so just keep the bottle and there will be no charge. “ I called Advanced Wellness Research’s costumer service and get a very different answer. I wasn’t looking to keep any of the bottles. I told them I wanted to return the sample I ordered (and to avoid argument) and I would pay for the return shipping for the one that I ordered but that I wouldn’t pay any of the shipping (to and from) on the second bottle they sent be because they had made the mistake in telling me the original order hadn’t gone through. I told them that they could send me a prepaid shipping label and that I would then return it to them. I was shocked at their response. They, Daniel, ( said he couldn’t give me a last name even though the other rep did) refused. He stated that I probably made the mistake and ordered it twice in the internet, regardless of the fact that I gave the name and employee number of the person that contacted me and requested the information. I asked to speak a supervisor. He said they were in a meeting and that I would have to call back in an hour. So I waited an hour and called back and talked to “Dannie”. I went through the whole story with her and then she proceeded to make me “offers” on the acia berry product. Her final offer was for me to keep one bottle for $8.81 plus $4.99 shipping and then I could send back the other bottle, and pay for it’s return shipping in addition to the $1.99 shipping they charged me even though I didn’t order 2 bottles. So, in total I would be paying $15.79+ return shipping for one bottle. I finally decided against it, it was already costing me too much for this free sample and to be done with them I told them I would just return both bottles. So I am having to pay $4.99 shipping one way for one bottle that I ordered on the internet, $1.99 shipping one way for a bottle that they said I needed to order since the other didn’t go through and now whatever it is going to cost me to return both product, unused to the company. Not to even mention the hours I have spent on the phone, on line and on the internet trying to get this resolved.

Acia Berry
I ordered a trial of acia berry and was told that all I had to pay was shipping but was charged almost $80. When I called to cancel I was told that they would reimburse me $40, a couple of days later they reimbursed me but then took out another $80.

unauthorized charge to credit account
I ordered the product with the 15 day Trial period agreement. I received the product, tried it, didn't want it and called within a couple of days to cancel. I spoke with one of their reps named "Fances", a gentleman that said he processed the cancellation request. I asked for a confirmation number and he told me that it would be issued thru my email account. The next day, instead of a cancellation confirmation number, they issued another "Your order has been shipped" notice with the same tracking number as the original order. I immediately sent them a letter explaining everything and that if they billed me any further I would contact my Credit Card and the Attorney General's office. Well, guess what, they went ahead and charged my account, which I just called to dispute and now processing thru the Attorney General.

SCAMMED MY BANK ACCOUNT
they charged my debit card 3 days after i got the sample. didn't even have time to try their product. and further more i cancelled my account with them because when i called they said i ordered it on jan. 13th, by jan. 30th they took out 87.13 on my account. i called and called and they put me on hold and tell me the same thing again. that they will process it as soon as they get the information from the call. i really actually don't remember ordering it. i live on a small fixed income, and i so scared they will take it out every month now. i have read all the blogs on the website, wish i knew of this before i was checking the prices on their product. thats how they got my bank info i guess. thanks for having a complaint site. thousand of us are getting scammed, please help us do something to get our money back.
