free samples
I order free sample of acia berry, extra charge on my credit card $29.95 and $89.31 which I have no idea what they are for. I have been trying to reach the number on my credit bill. 866-407-1022, 18665276904 all i get is a recording and i have listen to there music, I have yet to get a customer service person. This is not right. This should not happen. When something free is should be there word of mouth. Not extra charge that you did not ask for. God help them. Because they will get there justice due.

Unauthorised deduction from Credit Card
I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount.
One day after the sample arrived, along with a note stating if I did not cancel within 14 days my credit card would be charged. A full month supply arrived & my credit card has been charged $89.31. I cannot get through to the company to cancel it. The phone never answers. Can anyone help? I don't know what to do? I don't want the tablets!!

Flase advertistment
ON Nov 17th I ordered a free trail offer of acia berry for 4.95 you billed me 44.85 and i what my money to be put back on my card today and cancancel all transactions with this company or iwill contact the BBB here in the city and let them know of your dealing with the public in taking un authorized funds from the comsumers accounts. $74.88 charge not authorized
I ordered a free container of Acai Berry tablet which required I pay the shipping only. In addition to the shipping charge I was charged $14.95 for the container of tablets. I did not authorize a $74.88 charge which appeared on my bank statement under the name of LN Performance.

Don't get ripped off
This isn't really a complaint, it's advice. If you order anything, even a free sample, you have to use a bank or credit card. I use PayPal to generate a secure card and never get ripped off. The reason why???? PayPal lets you pay with a one time credit card. It's a generated secure credit card. The money comes from my checking account but the secure card I use is a one time use card. The numbers on the secure card are made up. Only PayPal and I know that. When a scammer tries to recharge me the card doesn't work because it is a one time secure credit card. Use it and toss it. Everytime I order I use PayPal. I don't work for them. I have a store on ebay...lindafromlacona...thats where I found PayPal. Hope this helps!

did not get product
I did not receive the supply valued at $74.76. After reading all the comments at this sight that I was directed over the phone. I would like you to cancel my account and send a refund to the credit card company. This smacks of bad business if not a scam.

I did not order the item, I returned it
I received a bottle of acia berry 200 MG which I did not order. I was charged $74.95 on my credit card. I was told to return the item to: Performance Health USA LLC, PO Box 971080, Orem, Ut 84097. I have tried to contact this company at Tel. No. 1-888-289-8740. I get either a busy signal or the phone is not answered. I was asked to leave my name and my telephone number and someone would call me from that office. I have received no rely.
