I called to cancel my subscription within the 14 days so i would not be charged. I called several times. No RESPONSE! I could never get anyone to the phone. I was without a computer so i kept calling. My account was debited for 86 dollars on the 21st without my permission. I finally got in touch with a rep. She was rude and would not let my talk to a supervisor. I am very upset about this. I tried several times to do my part i have already filled out papers at the bank and if the money comes out without my permission(Which i DID NOT give) they will fight to get my money back and i do not want that for myself or your company i would appriciate it if a supervisor would return my phone call or email!
