I ordered aciaberry tropic in August 2009. I did not cancel within the stated time period. I just recently recieved a new bottle acaibery
tropic. I have only recieved the trial offer and one other bottle. Yet I was billed twice for the acaiberry tropic in Sept 08, 2009 ($88.64) and on Sept 22, 2009 ($88.64) again. I am requesting that the company reimburse me for the Sept 22, 2009 charge for product that I did not recieve.
I have called your customer service and recieved an RMA #5586021, but i have no bottle to send you since I have not recieved It
