IS IN THE STATEMENT, I WAS TOLD IT WAS FOR THE ACAIX3 I ORDERED. I RPEATED TO THEM IT WAS A TRIAL OFFER FOR $2.97. I INSISTED HE PUT THE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE IT TO ME AT A DISCOUNT PRICE WHAT THE F*#%. HE FINALLY AGREED TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHICH HE GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION# WITH. I ASSUMED THE MONEY WOUD GO BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. 3 WEEKS LATER I CALLED AGAIN
GOT INTO THE SAME ARGUMENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE, WHEN I FINALLY PRESSED THE ISSUE AND TOLD HER I
WOULD GET A LAWYER SHE AGREED IF I WOULD SEN THE BOTLLE BACK I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK 5 DAYS AFTER THEY GOT THE BOTTLE BACK. I GOT AN RMA# AND MY BOTTLE HAD BEEN OPENED WITH ABOUT 6 PILLS USED. I URGE ANYONE TO PUSH THEM ON THIS. THEIR # IS 1-800 236-1042

I ordered Aciax3 on 05/03/09. I was looking up scholarships online and this ad popped up. I never buy into those ads but this one looked good. The ad had it shown on CBS, Good Morning America, Oprah and things like that. Well I for some dumb reason thought why don't I give this a try. It was only 2.95. Well I signed up and put my credit card number in it without reading the terms and conditions. After I submitted it I read the terms which read 10 day trial if not canceled in the 10 days you will be charged $88.55 a month until canceled. I thought that wasnt to bad and I could just cancel. Then I found this website and freaked out because of what everyone had to say. So since is was Sunday I waited until the next day to call and they told me that they couldn't find my account. I had read that the same thing happened to someone else. So I kept trying. I had so many different people and no one could help or find my account. Aciax3 is a huge Scam!! I called my credit card company after the transaction went through and they are now issuing me a new credit card and canceling my other one. What I did to do that was file a dispute online on my credit card companys website and it gave me their customer service number which was automated so I kept hitting zero until I reached the opearter who I told the situation to and she cancelled my card and is issuing me a new one. Since it is under fraud it does not go against your credit. Then all you have to do is destroy your old card and you will get another one in 5-7 business days!

Overall what I learned don't give you credit card number to Aciax3 but also to research something before you buy it!
