They had taken out of my account for the free bottle
I ordered a free sample of this aciberry I paid shipping charges that I was asked to do. I sent an e-mail right away saying I wanted to cancel any orders from them. The next 2 weeks I received a bottle of this aciberry I called them and told them I was sending it back which I did and not to send me anymore.When I received my checking account.They had taken out of my account for the bottle. I called them and said I informed you to cancel my account and they did a reversal on my debit card so I thought that was the end of it when my checking account came I had been charged for another one. I call back and all the person would say we cancelled your account April.I said I have never taken the first pill and I want you to do a reversal on my debit card.He just repeating "we cancelled your account in April"I have not given them authority to deduct anything out of my account except the shipping charges.I told the guy I would turn it over to a lawyer if it wasn't taken off my debit card.

Unauthorized withdraws on my account
I never heard AciBerry before today, when I was reviewing my bank statements and noticed two separate charges of $79.22 and $87.17 I called the 800 number and was told that I had authorized and had received the shipment of the product. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. I have never heard of the product and definitely did not order or receive anything from them. The supervising thief on the phone named Collin and I also talked to an associate thief named Randy said there was nothing they could do since I have not returned the product that I have never received, or ordered. Something has to be done about this situation...yes I'm PISSED and will do anything to put these people out of business. This is just wrong... Thank you Gloria Pitcher

took money out of my checking account without my ok
I was looking over my checking transaction and noticed that the aciberry bodycleansing was with drawn from my account without my ok all I want is to canceal the order which I never recieved cause I never placed the order they can keep the $5.95 if they are that desperate. I am trying to watch my money and spend it right cause I have been laid off and that is the only income that i had

Excessive Charges to Account
I have been charged twice in two weeks once for 87.83 and one for 69.95, totalling $159.78. I just ordered a free sample of the acri berry only and now I'm being charged for it and the cleanser. How in the world can you stop this from continuing? Please let me know how to stop this other than closing my account and having to reopen a new one.

What a ripoff...this company is out of control.
I don't understand why they don't check into it.
They just charge your card with out letting you know anything...When I called them I could hear all the people in the backround saying the same things...like they would get the money back..
What a shame...they are dirt.

Huge Scam
I ordered this product on 11/21/2008 from this company and they sent me the sample product for 5.99, but then I called and canceled on 12/5/08 (I was told that you can try the product for 15 days before you are charged the regular monthly fee). When I did decide to look online at my account I noticed that they charged me 88.62 and my account was not canceled like they said it was. When I canceled the 1st time I got a guy named luis that said he would cancel the account for me and if I was ever interested in the product again to just call and ask for him and I could use his discount. What a crock of crap that was. He never canceled the account and of course since then I have been charged twice the fee of 88.62 and every time I call the company back I get a different person that says the account is canceled and I should be receiving a confirmation email in 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive the email nor have I gotten my $177.24 back. I am going to exercise my right to counsel if my money is not returned to me by 12/29/08.
Don't buy this product not unless you are in the business of being scammed and you like it.
Shame on you Oprah. The product might work but it is not worth the hassle

AciBerry company charged my credit card $88.62 without authorization to do so and sent me a product I did not order.

unable to cancel
i got the "free trial " of aci berry the stuff dont work i took it just like it says and gained 7 pounds. and now i cant get threw to cancel my order so the 888 number they gave me has a wait time of 77 minutes. and if i dont get threw i will continue to be charged 90.$ a month automatically this is the biggest scam i have ever fell into..
