I researched this product to make sure it contained the ingredients that it should for weight loss. The offer was just $5.95 for postage. When the charge came on my account it was $24.95, when I called they told me that was for the website access. What website? The customer service stated that it was a great website and they have lots of recipes. Wow, I can access several websites for free. What is wrong with these people. By the time I canceled by phone, I was charged $24.95; $64.95 and $74.90. This is for a 60 count pill. The directions are to take them 2 times a day, so that is one month of pills...
Joslyn, the customer service rep., told me the different amounts are because I already paid shipping. As of this date, Oct. 27, 2009 I have only received the one bottle and I have been billed about $169. Where can I take this complaint? I found this board of complaints but I just don't want to sound off, I want my money back.
By the way, the 24.95 is for a bottle of Acai Advanced and the 64.95 was to join their "club." I asked for a refund or for a RMA (their way of sending the product back) but was told to keep the bottle and would not be getting a refund.
