fradulent charge
I too ordered a free sample of acipure and was led to believe that shipping was all I had to pay. Free sample came with no company information, telephone number, address, etc. This company has since charged my bank account for $39.95 and no shipment received. I finally got a phone number for this group and it is 1-888-223-6197. I am in the process of trying to get in touch with this unscrupulous business to cancel any future charges to my account.
Very unhappy in SC.

order sample only; received two billings so far and I have not been able to cancel
I ordered the sample only; The very day the sample arrived which was March 18, 2009, I cancelled all future orders. I have been billed for $39.95 on April 1 and another $44.90 on April 16, 2009. So far I have not been able to cancel. I only received the product once and I returned it.

Unauthorized charges to my credit card
I have the Marketing person's number to call and complain to, Mike McKenzie, 602-387-5165. I saw the ad for Acipure on myreceipes.com. So I complained to them and got a call from this Mike who said everything was on the up and up. Call him and tell him what a Fraud this is.
Just like everyone else I was supposed to get Acipure for $4.95 to try it out and they charged my credit card49.95 for sending Hoodia water and gum that I did not order. I knew better...

I cancelled Acipure during the 15 day trial, even though nowhere on the initial signup did it say it was a continuing program. However, they went ahead and charged my credit card $39.95 and never sent additonal product. Of course, they are unreachable by phone or website. How convient. File a complaint with your credit card company. THIS IS FRAUD!!!

I have sent in another complaint just awhile ago. I have no account number, the sample and product was returned. Close out my account I am not receiving your product and you are charging me again per my Dec statement.
Reply to this please and refund my money.
I am unable to get thru on your888 number.
you were not authorized to charge my account after that the product was returned. Refund my money close out all business with your company Please

Didn't keep promise
I ordered Acaipure trial offer for $4.95 plus shipping and they charged my account with $44.85 and I tried to get them to take it of my credit card and they told me sorry about that. This month it is on there again. This company is a complete fraud. If you try to call them they put music into your ear for 30 minutes and won't take your call. I don't know what else to do except report them to the Better Business Bureau.

DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
JUST LIKE BELOW I ORDER A TRIAL OFFER THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO $4.95 AND GOT CHARGED $48.95. I WAITED ON HOLD FOR TWO AND HALF HRS AND FINALLY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE SHE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A BOX THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO UNCHECK IF I DID NOT WANT TO RECEIVE THE HOODIA WATER AND GUM AND THAT WAS WHAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR. I SAID WHATEVER I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. THEN TODAY I SEE WHERE THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR $39.95 THAT I DID NOT APPROVE OF...PLEASE SOMEONE TAKE CARE OF THIS..BY THE WAY I AM ON HOLD RIGHT NOW TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE AND SEE WHY THEY DID THEY SAY MY HOLD TIME IS 77 MINS. WE WILL SEE I BET I WILL BE ON HERE FOR ABOUT 3 HRS THIS TIME
