sir/madem i am a customer of Acme gas agency situated at vadodara state- gujarat - india. Since i have bought LPG GAS CONNECTION from this agency i have faced lots of problem and harracement. they are mentioned as under.
1. At the time of booking i was forced to buy gas sagdi even if i have. They told me that if u dont bye sagdi from our agency we will not give u gas connection.
2. In application i have written my address correctly but there is a mistake in my computerised receipt. when i recognised this and went to head madem (dont know her name) she replied that i cant do anything in this and just give me irresponsible answer.
3. when our cylinder gets empty they says after booking date gas cylinder will be received after 10 to 12 days.but when we go for booking they just ignore our requiremen and tell us your cylinder is booked. but after two to three rounds to gas agency office each and every day we found that our cylinder is still not booked on computer and hence, delivery of gas cylinder is un- wantedly delayed by their lady staff members.
4. Every now and then when i have gone to acme gas agency their staff are romming around and there and some sleeping, and give us improper answer.
5. No information regarding any circulars are given to us or false information is provided to us
6. proper service is provided to their relatives and friendly group or who provides them some RS.??????

I AM TIRED OF THIS SYSTEM AND NEED STRONG AGAINST ACME GAS AGENCY AT VADODARA- GUJARAT AND THEIR LAZY, GREEDY, HUNGRY STAFF.

I HOPE MY COMPLAIN IS CONSIDERED AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN SOON
