Well not only is JTV scamming the customers, seems they have pulled some dirty actons against their own employees. Rumor has it that a class action lawsuit was filed by an ex employee. This law suit alleges that ACN doing business as JTV, etc. of wrongful termination and age discrimination alleging a "scheme" to get rid of employee with expensive health care cost. This "scheme" was to elimate higher cost employees who threatened the co.'s objective of an independant offering. These employees were targarted by the co.'s executives because they would potentially increase health care and worker's comp. prem. Defendants are directors and officers of the company, to name a few, Tim Matthews, F. Robert Hall, Bill Kouns, Jerry Sisk and others. Wow and we feel bad being ripped as a customer.
