Ihave been trying to get an authorization number to return product which has not been opened, but am not able to reach either by telephone or website.

Ordered the colon cleanse and acai optimum on 4/9/10. Was supposed to recieved it on 4/15/10 confirmation number 1238589. I never recieved it, so I sent an email to cancel. Then it came on 4/25/10. I decided to try it. I did for about 2 1/2 weeks. then I ended up with colon problems which resulted in expensive, harsh laxatives (under my doctor's supervision). I dumped what was left down the toilet. I never lost a pound. I gained 4 pounds! Then today my husband went to get a battery for the truck and found out we were overdrawn because this scam had taken $313.09 out of our account plus, charged our account $62.00 for 2 overdraft fees. I called the company, spoke to operator #0505 and was basically told I was shit out of luck. They had already debited our account this morning (part of the 313.09) and I could not get anything back. This was cancelled on 4/15/10! There was no return address that I could find anywhere on the packaging! THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! This was set aside for the first vaccation I have been able to take in 10 years and I am pissed! My vacation starts on Thursday. 3 days away. I want my money and the company can keep their product!

the company offering a free trial of the accai berry dietary supplement charged my atm debit card without authorization. the chage was 49.98 . it is now being disputed but very upset about it
