Never received products
Placed an online order June 2, 2009 for $106.48. Our credit card was charged, but we never received any product. We sent a message through the web site to complain, but several days later received an "undeliverable" message back regarding the email. This company is apparently a scam.

Paid for hair conditioner and never received it
I ordered hair conditioner from this company on June 15th. That is now 6 weeks ago. The product was never received and they received the money for it. I have sent emails and tried to contact them but just cannot get through. It is easy to notice that there are a lot of complaints about this company doing the same things to others, but I think it is good for me to add my complaint about them in the hope that others will take heed and not order from this lovely legitimate looking web site and end up at with just a lighter bank account.

Never received item
I paid for my item in full and never received it. I made numerous attempts at contacting the company. The phone number is not valid and there has not been one response to my many email inquiries.

Never received order
I ordered 58.66 of products and have never received them. I paid thru Paypal and they are investigating. Be aware that this company seems to doing business as Allstate Beauty, Acqua Salone Systems, and Champ u Salon.
There may be others. I have the guys name on my Paypal account and when I google it, it seems he is ripping others off as well. I filed a complaint with the BBS and the New York Attorney General. Wish someone had done his earlier so I would not be writing this today. One other thing Acqua Salone Sytems filed Chapter 11 on 6/26/2009.

Did not receive order
NEVER RECEIVED ORDER FROM JUNE 12, 2009. COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I'M REPORTING IT TO THE BBB AND ANY OTHER AGENCY I CAN COME UP WITH. THEY CHARGED $95.00 TO MY ACCOUNT AND NO ORDER WAS RECEIVED!!! I HEAR THEY CLOSED DOWN. HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT!!! I WAS GIVEN A PHONE # TO A GUY NAMED ALLEN AT (201) 884-1045. I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD CALL HIM AND REPORT HIM TO THE BBB.

order not received
My order totaling $29.50 was made on June 18, 2009. My bank account was debited on June 22 but I still haven't received my order. I have emailed them, called and left a message but haven't received any response.
I wish I would have checked more carefully on this business before placing an order and giving them information. The customer number they assigned me was in the 4 thousands...so if they've cheated all these people, they're making a lot of money on this scam! They need to be stopped!!

Non-delivery
I ordered shampoo from their website over a month ago and they charged my credit card immediately. After initially replying to my email inquiry and apologizing for the non shipment, they are now ignoring me and their telephone number is just a recording with no opportunity to leave a message. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

Charged and never received
On 6/17/09 I purchaed 2 items from Acqua Beauty Supply's website. I immediately received an order confirmation stating that my payment (by credit card) had been received ($51.25). After waiting for 2 weeks, I emailed the company asking why I had not received a shippment notice, or my order. I did not receive a reply. Today I decided to find the website and look for a phone number to call, but when I typed the company name into bing, I was immediately sent to this complaints board website! What should I do now?

Order not shipped/received
I ordered products online from Acqua Beauty Supply on June 17, 2009, received immediate confirmation and statement showing credit card processing. Items have not been receive, "customer service" line is a recording, no response to emails. Credit card payment will be disputed.
