never received product
I placed an order on 6-19-19, received email confirmation of order but never received the order. I've emailed twice to company with no reply. I tried calling the number but it does not ring; just an automated reponse that nobody is available to take my call but no option of voicemail.

Paid for product - never received
I ordered product on June 18, 2009. My credit card was charged on June 20, 2009. I have not received the product, or a response to my numerous e-mails regarding the status of my order, or the courtesy of a response to the voice mail messages I have left regarding the status of my order. I am a bit more fortunate as my charge was only 29.33. (included a $7.50 shipping charge). When I check the status of my order, there is no tracking number.

Never received product paid in full
I ordered $65 worth of product from this company and have never received my items. My credit card shows that it was charged and paid in full. I have made several attempts to contact the company and have not heard the first word from my e/mails or voicemails...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

No shipment-no responce
Order Product for $502.73 on 6-4-09.
Sent E-mail for ship date and recieved no responce.
Called and left message and received no call back.
Called again and phone would not answer or take a message.

Paid in Full, Never received product
I ordered $100 worth of hair gel on June 1, 2009. They charged my credit card in full four days later. By June 18, I still hadn't received the product and I sent them an email. They responded saying that they were sorry but they weren't shipping my order and they would refund my money within 5-7 business days...It's been longer than that, and still no credit has shown back up on my account. I tried calling the number on their website and it doesn't work. I feel screwed and I will be calling my bank now to report them and try to get my money back. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Paid but did not receive items
I placed an order on June 20, they immediately billed my credit card. I tried to get tracking information, they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I have called my credit card company to cancel the charges. Do not order from this company.

Never recieved Items
Found this today, although i called it, and some women who i could hardly understand, and was very rude, gave me this number to call instead 201-884-1045, which in turn was just a voicemail.Hmmmmm...I think this company is a big Scam...I spent over 100.00 and nothing yet...going to my bank tomorrow to dispute charges, because of course they took my money, Do not waste your time or money on these losers...Im not waiting a month to get my stuff, ill take my business elsewhere...

never received product paid in full
I ordered products from them, they charged my credit card immediately and I never received the products. I have not been able to get a refund!!! Their customer service number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails.

Paid for but did not receive products
On June 17th after searching many websites I decided to purchase shampoo and conditioner. I printed out the purchase order showing the details. I have tried to call them several times to get the tracking number but there is never anyone there. I have done some research about this number and it is an unpublished which is a bit strange for a business.
We are now in the process of notifying the credit card that this company is a bunch of thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Prohducts ordered, paid in full and never received. They do not ansower number listed or a way to leave message. Have sent email
and email cannot be sent. Called my credit card company and had them cancel order and refund monies.
