Never received products. Paid in full
I ordered several hair products from above said company through their web site on May 4, 2009. I thought it peculiar that at the end of the order, neither shipping information was provided for tracking purposes nor an address where products would be shipped from. I waiting, left voice mails that were unanswered and only when I received my MasterCard bill with the charge of $59.26 did I get relief as I found a different phone number to contact them with, evidently a billing number, listed on my charge. After calling, I spoke with a "Paul" in customer service who told me on May 21, 2009, that my product had not even been shipped yet and "I should receive my order middle of next week via USPS". It's been two weeks, I've been patient but hard to believe have not been cheated out of 60.00 with nothing to show for it but flat hair and a headache. Did I mention that I am out of work and cannot afford to spend - never mind be taken for a petty $60 dollars.
