I called to get the trial offer, I was to get 20 days to try the product before i would be charged to see if it worked for me I bought the body flush and the diet pills and sent both back after finding that they did not help me. I called to return the items and found out they had already charged my credit card before my trial was even up. I had thyroid cancer and it did not help me lose not 1 pound and I was walking 5 miles a day and cut my food intake to less than 900 calories per day, it did nothing for me but cost me money and make me mad. If a company is going to make a offer they should be held to it and if they charge a customers credit card and not within that time frame offered they should be charged for that and have to credit the customer a 25.00 service charge on top of the credit owed .
DONT TRY THE TRIAL OFFER you will be CHARGED before you even try it . LIKE THEY SAY NOTHING IS FOR FREE not even FREE TRIAL OFFERS ...

I agreed to the 30 day free trial for $4.99, but then noticed the small print in the disclosure. 14 days or would get charged $78.81. I marked it on my calander and even called in 4 days earlier only to find out they charged my credit card $78.81. When I talked to the man, he stated that it started on the day ordered not when I received it. So technically my 14 days started over the 4 days it took to reach me. When I demanded to speak to his manager, he told me he was in a meeting on the 10th floor while he was on the 1st. Then I proceed to yell and he hung up on me. Since then, no one is answering the phone except an automated message and when you choose "1" to cancel, it is dead air and no human. The phone disconnects you. This is a fraud and more people need to be aware that they are going to take your money before you can decide it if is even working. Someone should stop them because this is misrepresentation as well as raping of those who are trying to get on the right path by losing weight. If I had not heard about this via Oprah, I never would have tried it.

Billed for an item I did NOT order. The order/bill is in dispute with my credit card company. The billing showed up two weeks ago. I complained abou and disputed the charge six days ago. The email saying "my order had been shipped" showed up two days ago. I did the math. This is fraud. I am not paying for this item. I did not order this item. If received, it will be sent back refused. What a bunch of crooks. And no phone numbers work at all. What the heck is that about? This company is bad, bad news!

THIS COMPANY IS RETARDED!! I ordered a FREE trial of acri berry diet pills and only paid the shipping of 4.95. I CANCELED IT and then my credit card was charged 89.31 for no reason!!! I also cant get through to them by phone. I just keep getting a message and never get to talk to anyone. DONT ORDER from these people!!!
