Our mortgage loan is with American Servicing Company (a.k.a. Wells Fargo) and over the past two years our relationship with this company has been less than favorable. We fell behind on our payments and though the situation did not require legal assistance we are now also paying legal fees on top of our mortgage and escrow payment. We feel that they have been rude and unwilling to work with us.
