I have worked in customer service so don't complain lightly. In the past month I have tried repeatedly to telephone the office (during office hours) & get a recording that says they are closed & to call back during office hours.
They have erronously reported my account as unpaid to credit agencies & this is negatively impacting my credit rating. Additionally, when I email the company representatives for assistance it takes approximately 10-15 days to receive a response.
