These people are crazy, a guy named David Jones called me with the same threats of police coming to my work, etc, etc...Anyway I told him I knew it was a scam and to quit calling me. He proceeded to ask me if I would have sex with him and the size of his penis (true story!!). I just hung up. Now he is giving out my name, work number, AND cell number as a call back so now the people they are trying to victimize are calling me and yelling at me and I have to explain to them that it isn't me, this David Jones guy is upset that I hung up on him and that he was trying to get me to pay up and I didn't pay him any mind. Not only is it ACS law firm, its other companies, and they're getting more sneaky. I recently got the same kind of call, a bit less threatening but the same threats, and when I asked them the name of the payday loan company, they gave me a phone number to call to confirm with the company. I called the number out of curiosity (I don't owe money to any payday loan company) and the number just rings and rings, no voicemail or anything that can let you know where you're calling. Don't listen to anything they say. Tell them to send you something in writing and they'll eventually leave you alone.

I received 3 harrassing phone calls from a man with a very heavy Indian thick accent claiming he has a law suit against me. I need to get to the bottom of this.
