Misleading and Giving False infor to the consumer
So, in additon to what the other consumer's are saying, here was my experience. I found this company "Action Approvals" on Craigslist. The guy who was advertising this company is Allen and is phone number is 571-229-8430. He suggested that I fill out this application online at this website -https://www.actionapprovals.com/landing-pages/allen/allen-wed.html - Now, here is how it works, these jerks take your information, have some guy or gal to call you stating that they are a representative of Action Approvals. This guy named "Brandon" called me stating that they had an approval for me. Then he tells me that the "Loan Officer" from the dealer ship AUTO CONNECTION is going to call me with the exact amount that I was approved for. Then, this person "Amy" (probably from the same office) calls me from phone number 240-313-5551 to tell me that she has approved me for 28, 000 dollars. Now here is where it gets really tricky...then I tell this piece of s#*t that I have a trade and that I probably will have negative equity since I owed on the loan (anybody with reasonalbe intelligence and some knowledge of how the car industry works knows that they will not give you what your car is worth which equals to negative equity). She assured me 'sir, we will buy your loan for the entire payoff and you will be assuming a new loan with us". Now you know I knew better but my stupid ass went down there anyway. I drove 45 miles to get there with gas at 4$4.45 a gallon for premium all to which was a waist of time. This guy "Andy" told me that we can get you financed 100% but will need you to take care of the negative equity. Now, if I had 5000.00 dollars to put down on a car, I wouldnt have driven 100 miles for this prick to take my money...hell the dealership right across the street from my house would have given me a car for that amount. Moral of the story people, RUN AWAY FROM THESE PRICKS!!! They are not good business men and will tell you lies to get you down there later to ask you to bring in cash and a damn co-signer. "Scratch a lie...find a thief"!!!
