Each person I talked to did not listen to anything I had to say. They simply spoke as if they knew my building without ever coming to it. They cancelled my appointment without informing me of the change, and then tried to charge me an extra $150 for a ladder rental that wasn't necessary.

When I tried expressing my disappointment with their service, I got a simple "Then good luck with another company." I was nothing but courteous to each of them, and got no respect in return. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
