Bad Inspections and sales tactics

Bad inspections done in just a few minutes. Management teaches the sales dept to not leave a home with out some kind of order. The company just split from its pest control dept due to tormoil and financial problems.
This company is shown to do more termite work than any company in Arizona but only have 5 sales people. How could that be. They will come in your home and the smallest hole in the wall they will say is caused by termites.
Buyer beware, I have seen seniors told they are under warranty but have work scheduled after the warranty ended and they had to pay several hundred dollars while living pay check to pay check.
Get other quotes first. This company will offer you several years of warranty but how can they afford that if they have to keep re treating. Warranty is only as strong as the company.
If you have a complaint you cant reach him, but you may catch him at the strip club up the road from the office with his other managers.

There is a reason this company does more termite work than any company in Arizona. They only have 5 sales people but they are trained to never leave a house without money in hand. If they see a tiny pin hole in the wall they will say you have termites. If you are under warranty they will say you need a treatment anyway.
Beware get several quotes before going with Action. This company is not doing well financially and if you need to find the owner or talk to him its hard to find him. I suggest the local strip club up the road in the afternoons. They have a lot of termite and just got out of the regular pest control business because of disputes with the owner. Your home is very important look around when buying termite control. In regards to inspections the inspector is required by law to look in the attic. Action is home of the 5 minute inspection. I know an elderly couple under warranty that could of had the treatment done for free but the Action rep set it up after the warranty ended so they had to pay over $700.
