While my girlfriend and I were at work, one or more of Acton Mechanical's employees was let into our apartment. They were there to work on the bathtub drain of the apartment above ours. There is an hole in the ceiling above our shower that allows access to the drain pipes of the upstairs apartment. When we returned home from work, we were horrified at the mess that they had left in our shower! You cannot possibly imagine how much shit and drain sludge they left. It was all over the walls, all over the bathtub, all over the floor, all over our shampoo and conditioner bottles, and they had knocked the bar of soap off the shelf and stomped it into little nasty pieces of shit-soap!!!

When I called Acton Mechanical, I was put in touch with the plumber who was there that day and asked him to come clean it up. He then got very hateful and rude and told me to call my maintanence guy. I asked why I needed to call my maintanence guy and his reply was 'because it's his property'. I told him it was not my maintanence guys place to clean it up because he was the one who made the mess. He then got even more hateful and rude and again told me to call my maintanence guy (maybe I was interrupting his beer drinking time). By this time I'm furious. It's a good thing he was on the phone or I think I would have drug him inside and rubbed his nose in it like a dog!!! Before I could get another word out of my mouth, I was disconnected. Talk about good business practices.

I'm a contractor myself and I always leave my jobsite cleaner than it was when I arrived. If this guy worked for me, I'd fire his lazy a** on the spot!!! I cleaned it up my d**n self... thanks for cutting into my beer drinking time you lazy d**k!
