	Rodney McNevin December 28, 2009 unauthorized charges I've been being charged for a product, apparently a sleep-aid I never ordered or received. I've been charged $1.97, $39.95 and again $39.95 on 12/27/2009. Please resolve this matter immediately or I'll take legal action and prevent this from happening to others. Rodney Mcnevin
	George Aiken November 5, 2009 unauthorized delivery of product This company continues to send me a product every month, but I only ordered a sample product for a trial. They say in a recorded phone message that the only contact to them is thru an internet address, the message on the phone is [email protected]. This will never be useful as it is neither a web page or e-mail address.
	Jacques Garnier September 17, 2009 unauthorized charges Dear Sirs: I purchased on line, a small sample of a sleep aid, 7 Hour Slumber, for $1.97. I was subsequently billed $39.95 and have been billed every month since. This is a scam. I do NOT recall signing or reading anything to this effect that there would be an ongoing charges and in addition there have been no extra products sent to me. I only asked to purchase the sample for $1.97. The company, Acumen Labs will not answer phone calls, instead referring me to a website which allows you to fill a complaint. I wish to resolve this unpleasant situation and get off of their charge list immediately. Jacques Garnier
