I ordred two products for free trial. The trial period was 14 days. I returned the product to the address provided in 5 days. I was still charged the full price. When I called 1-888-692-8352 the customer service rep told me that the return warehouse address is in Florida. The person I spoke with is in Arizona. The name and address of the return warehouse is Fullfillment Center
