ED MARTIN ACURA - BAD NEWS / COMPLAINT.

My neighbor and I picked up a new MDX from this dealership Ed Martin Acura Indianapolis, Indiana two weeks ago and it was a total disaster. ****The worse experience I have ever seen in a business yet a Car Dealership.
The salesman Mr. Tom Higgins was "terribly unprofessional" and rude. The General Sales Manager was absolutely terrible.

I left the "Dealer" Mr. Mark Harrison a message and a few days later I got a phone call. He listen to my complaint and then he said the did not have the response from his general manager... his general manager was not there the day this transaction went on,
The dealer owner Mr. Harrison said he would call my neighbor the MDX buyer that bought the car, never called back to follow up. Does the dealer care?

1. Don't trust this dealership / Bad Deal
2. Dealer principal does not follow up.
3. The worse car experience in the City of Indianapolis, IN
4. Don't buy from this dealer. Call Hubler Acura.

PS: They where going to short my neighbor $750.00 on her trade in allowance.

Rating: F + Failure
Followup: Dealer Laughed over the phone about incident.
