Incomplete information
I EMAILED THE BELOW TO AD BANKER. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DON'T SUPPORT THEIR STUDENTS AT ALL. THEY TALK NICELY, HOWEVER, DON'T TALK STRAIGHT AND COVER UP THE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY, VERY LAZY ! I can't get a straight answer and when I call in, I get the wrong answers.


John & Liz - I'm not the only one with these problems. I had another interview with an insurance company today and mentioned your hard copy book has much less information than the on-line book. Otherwise, I was ready to take the test 2 weeks ago.

I studied the hard copy book for 4 months. Now, find the on-line book has additional information not included in the hard copy book. I'm going crazy trying to go up and down on the on-line book to find whats not included in my hard copy book.

I paid for the test and was ready to take it 2 weeks ago. Until, I found out during an interview with another insurance company that your book is NOT complete. Then, I had to investigate 'myself' to find they were right. So, I went to Mike Russ (per their suggestion) and ran into several people from AD Banker taking (and paying big bucks) for their prep class. People are VERY angry with AD Banker right now here in CA. They are attending Mike Russ prep to pass the test. However, you're telling people about your 80% pass rate.

Please forward ALL the information that is missing from the hard copy book, however, on the on-line book. I should NOT have to re-read the ENTIRE on-line book after completely studying the hard copy book for months. I could have a job right now and this is money out of my pocket for this mess. However, you are getting paid. No one told me the on-line book would offer MORE of the information needed for the test and the hard copy book would offer 15% less.

Again, I've been meeting with insurance companies who express the same frustrations. They only use AD Banker because you're the only one in Irvine, CA. The other school is way up in Anaheim.

I call into AD Banker and been run around in circles with questions thrown back on me. I called in about the Health/Broker Agent changes and no one knew. I eMailed below that the Insurer portion of on-line questioning provide a MGA question not in the hard book. I found the question in the on-line book.

Your BLURB below of the MGA is missing information and from the hard copy book. However, the on-line book has MORE information on the MGA.

I spent all the time studying only to find out that your hard copy book is NOT complete. Unfortunately, I have a mini lap top. So to read the on-line book is difficult for 250 pages.

It's a shame you don't take time to tell people the truth to save them the trouble I went through. I was only given access to the on-line book and told the questions would help me. No one mentioned the on-line book had more information that I needed for the test - that the hard copy book was missing.

Again, Please send me the information that is on the on-line book and NOT in the hard copy book.

I should not have to attend interviews to find out that I've wasted my time reading the book and take all this time investigating myself to find where in the heck I get the ALL information that I should get.
