I am working for Abudhabi Commercial Bank Retail sales division .our life has turned missarable during crisis.bank has recruited as from uutsourced agencies with low paid salaries, no annual leave, torturing for targets by head of sales and is treating us like dogs. and this is a trap which will never let us move out.making life like hell all direct banking staff gets all benefits utalising the sales executives who sells credit card and loans.holding our passport with the agencies associated with bank .even government cannot do any thing on this issues even if they are aware that banks recommend there outsourced agancies to hold the passports of outsourced staff and never give release even if the executive want to go home for an emergency.
