Whatever happened to the customer is always right. No matter what you say, they say that you did.
My situation goes back to one of my receivers going bad and having to order another one. Since I wanted to upgrade to a HD-DVR of course I needed to be charged $237.01...then, when I get the bill it states that the equipment was sent for FREE.
Also, on the same bill I am billed for programing such as STARZ-SHOWTIME that I never ordered--and all they'll say is that I did order it. Without any signatures, voice recordings or otherwise. I just think that it is their over zealous staff that probably gets brownie points to see how many fraudulent add-ons they can attach to good customers. How can we all band together and not let them walk all over us?
