Adept Management and Mary Bolchalk are inconsiderate, evil and just plain mean!

Any good business owner does business with professionalism with a mix of compassion and understanding.

Mary / Adept are rude and extremely unprofessional.

We live in an HOA that Mary is supposed to 'manage'. She doesn't manage. The only managing she does is when she it is time to send someone to collections.
