14 months ago purchased a washer from home depot. It was defective as would walk all over the room, took it to concrete car port still walked. Took it back got another one it had been dropped and damaged found out when we got home and started to unload it. Got another one worked fine for a while. My wife and i are in our 60's so it's not like we have a lot of clothes to wash all the time, was gone 4 months on vacation to boot. In the last months the Transmission is making a miss a notch sound. called the company they will send out a repair man and i will be out the expense for that they may replace the trans. sounds like this is not the first time for it the way the lady talked. Basically the washer has been used very little see no reason for a washer to go bad in such a short time. Had a before we purchased this one is still being use by our son as we gave it to him when we got this one. Its over 10 years old.
