False Charges
I was forced to be paid by ADP payroll services because my manger did not send in proper paperwork originally at my date of hire for direct deposit into my bank account. ADP payroll services charges fees that are false. I was forced to call the customer care center becuase I could not access my account online. When calling the customer care for ADP payroll services they charged 3 dollars a call. I argued this due to not being able to access my account online and being forced to call to find out why I could not access my account online. Once I called in and found out my balance, I went to the bank to transfer funds from the ADP card to my bank account, the card when scanned to release funds came up declined. Imagine that! I was forced to call in again at the bank to find out why the card was declined. I spoke with the customer care people at ADP services and argued about why my card was declined after being forced to call in again. I asked the ADP customer care person if I was to be charged again for this call. The ADP customer care person said no. I then asked exactly how much money is in the account so I can transfer the full amount to the bank account. At this point, I had enough of all these hidden fees and sent in my direct deposit form to the company's corporate office that I worked for. The direct deposit should have been done originally as previously mentioned at date of hire by my manager who had still not submitted my direct deposit information. Two weeks later I recieved notices from ADP payroll services that my account was a negative balance. I contacted ADP payroll services to notify them of me cancelling them with the company that I worked for. The negative balance that ADP payroll services claimed were false. They charged me the 3 dollar fee that they said they wouldn't the day that I called in plus a 20 dollar overdraft fee on top of the 3 dollar fee. Since then, I contacted ADP payroll services disputing the fees and put on appeal twice for false fees. The ADP payroll services finally took off the 3 dollar fee that they charged, but left the 20 dollar over draft fee attached to the account. After many attempts of calling and complaining the balance is still negative. This morning contacting ADP services, they said the 20 dollar fee was taken off, but know there is a 6 dollar fee in a negative balance. The card has been closed by me and the ADP card services. So what are these fees? The new negative fees have been posted due to me calling and complainig about an account that has been closed. On top of that I did some research in my bank account to find the originally transfer from ADP to my bank account. ADP services did charge me 3 dollars for the phone call I was forced to make because the card was declined. So ADP did get the additional 3 dollars from the phone call and my bank statement proves it. The allegations of negative balance are false and what they are doing is illegal. If anyone is interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit lets do it. It is people like this that should be brought to justice for the wrong doing of others. ADP payroll services does not have an appropriate way to deal with complaints. Charging people because they have to call in and dispute fees is not legal.
