I had putted in orders for TransBay 10-Ride Ticket. Because AC Transit decided to remove TransBay tickets with TransLink, I removed my orders starting 8/2009. Somehow that generated a credit to my account which I have no idea to do with that. In September 2009, I submitted order for TransLink e-cash for November 2009. I received email that Order was updated. However, I recevied Commuter Benefits Order was not processed for November 2009 on 10/6/2009. After talking to several people from the customer support, I found out that the reason the order was rejected because of the TransBay Order credit in my account. Since it is after 10/6/2009, I was told by Janson Hiles (from customer support) that the next Benefits Order I can submit is December 2009 and there is nothing can be done for November. It seems that there is a problem with the system. The system should email me that there is a problem with my Order before 10/5/2009 to give me a chance to update my Order. Since this is a problem with the system, I think ADP should either figure out how to submit my November Order or compensate me for my November Order. By the way, I also called the customer support before 10/5/2009 to make sure my Order was okay since this was my first time to order TransLink and the people from customer support did not tell me there was any problem at all. I feel I did what I could have done to make sure my Order was okay. This is system problem and the people from customer support did not seems to understand the system that well neither.
