I am a Customer Service Representative, or Call Center Worker for short. Recently my company has forced us who choose not to bank into ADP Federal Credit Union's TotalPay Visa Card to "save money" by not printing checks but still printing statements (really bright I know). ADP within twenty-four hours of actual usage attempted to charge me more than twenty dollars and not tell me about it even though the purpose of my calls were about my balance. I complained that their automated services do not inform you of A) That you are charged .50 cents for checking your balance or any account services via their automated system. OR B) That by requested a rep you are immediatly charged $3.00. After four calls and speaking to a supervisor was when I finally got my true balance, also being advised (for the first time) about these fees. She than proceeded to quote the entire terms of service verbatum to me even though I had the terms of service in front me. As a call center worker this is the largest insult that can be given to a call center rep. It is a tactic used to attempt to make the customer feel inferior and stupid. She than hung up on me for saying "F$ck" in a sentence, (being an adult this happens when you are angry but those who are weak and ignorant to the ways of the real world are frightened by the thought of things they are normally herded away from), and notated my account that I was rude and threatening towards her. Luckily I got a rep in America the next time I called in and got "SOME" that's right only SOME of the charges removed because she understand that because a representative is not available to advise a customer of such fees even though they are quoted in initial terms of service the automated services are required to advise of all fees that might be incurred before receiving them so that they are allowed the ability to refuse that service and go thru a different means. This is just basic business ethics, based upon basic morals that all successful businesses use. ADP Federal Credit Union obviously has no F$cking clue on how to run a proper business and hopefully they get dropped faster than the pants of the CEO of Enron as he begged not to be brought on charges. And by means quote me on this, I've been in every type of Customer Service and so far ADP Federal Credit Union and their TotalPay Customer Services havent shown a single basic sign of intelligence other than that shown by a spoiled down's syndrom ridden child on an Angelina Jolie budget standing in a toystore getting told "No.". I don't recommend their services or Visa's at this point, than again at this point I'm considering getting my head examined for thinking a bank might actually be more trustworthy than ADP Federal Credit Union. Once more, ADP FEDERAL CREDIT UNION'S TOTALPAY CARD SERVICES SUCK!!!
