I am desperate and helpless for my situation. I report my adsl line fault since three months ago and till now nothing has been done.
the line number is 0116181361.
sometimes telkom tell me it is a cable problem in my area, sometimes it is at the exchange and sometimes it is my service provider. it seems they don't know really where the problem is .
now I have lost all my customers. and maybe I ll close business because of telkom incompetency or negligence.
there were a time where I closed my business for one week because telkom told me they were busy fixing my line. but after the next day the problem still remain.
now what must i do
