I accidentally set my alarm off, they called me for the code which was never given to me. When they determined I couldnt provide this information they called the police which was dispatched and sent to my home (guns drawn and even a chopper). I called them after receiving a violation citation from the city of Houston due to no permit to have an alarm system to complain but they said it was all explained to me during my sales conversation. This was never told to me by the salesperson, so i was charged about 3o0.00 by the city. I do admit blame in being a little to eager to be secured, however what irked me was what happened from thereon. I asked for my code so in the future I wouldnt go through the same situation, the rep stated he would mail it, I never got it. I called again and complained still nothing was provided by mail, they wouldnt give it over the phone. After being patient I decided to report my debit card stolen so they my billing information they had would become invalid. I called them to let them know if they want my money every month im going to need that code. Still no budge.
