Mu husband and I tried a 30 day trial period of Advanced Cleanse and Acaiberry Pure- however, it made me ill and the company sent us another order before the 30 day trial was up, I canceled both accounts and I was still charged $149.95 and never received the product. I want my money returned. If I ever receive the product i will return it- in the mean time I need my money back. I was told by a customer service agent that there is not guarantee of getting your money back even if you send the product back- this is unheard of, the website ad did not state this and it stated you can cancel anytime. This is poor business and I will call the Better Business Bureau and complain about this company and website advertising if I do not receive my money back. I have read other comments regarding this same action taking place- please return my money promptly, I would appreciate it- Jennifer DiCiano
