Fraud
This company promises no charges if you cancel your trial within a specific period. I did that and was still charged 169.95. I was then promised a refund that would take 3-8 days. For the last 3 months I was told I just needed to wait until the next billing cycle. Today, they informed me that as of last Friday, they are no longer issuing refunds and there is nothing they can do about it.

Hidden charges
I subscribed for a free trial of the Advance Cleanse product believing it would only cost me the $0.99 for shipping. I was later charged $169.95 in the form of a membership fee that was supposedly part of the terms and conditions. The “Terms and Conditions” are hidden on a separate screen and not readily apparent to the consumer. I called and was promised a refund only to be told in a later call that the refund was rejected by the company’s management. So for the price of $169.95, I received a small bottle of Advance Cleanse, which has never been opened and nothing else. I cancelled the account as soon as I learned that they were going to continue billing me $12.95 a month for any future bottles of Advance Cleanse. This company is the biggest scam I have ever had the misfortune of knowing.

charged $80 for free trial
I ordered my "free trial" with advance cleanse. I got a horrible side effect and after two doses, I mailed it back. Three weeks after mailing it express, I realize that my account has been billed $79 dollars! I called and spoke with ms Kathy, agent # 068 who stated that I had to call first and then mail it back. She said that I had to call to get the RMA number before I mailed it or they couldn't give the money back. First of all, I mailed it to them with my name and account number on it, how is it that they can't refund my money. She then tells me that I have waited too long to call and cancell my membership, and I will be charged a membership fee. This "free trial" is a scam of the wose kind. It took forever for the package to come, and your trial starts the day you order. I had only two days before I had to send it back, WHICH I DID!! Why it costs me $80 freakin dollars I'll never understand. I paid for the product and I dont even have it!!!

Rip Off
Wow - what a rip off. They tout a "Trial bottle" for only 1.99 shipping and when you get your credit card bill ... $169.95. When you call to complain, they tell you for this nice tidy fee ... you get the privilege of then spending another $12.00 to get more pills. Geez. I signed up because I thought the source was a reliable one. DON'T BE FOOLED. Apparently you only have 14 days to Cancel or they charge you. PLUS - THE PRODUCT DOESN"T WORK WELL!

Scam - Unauthorized Charges
I read an article on line about the Acai Berry and the advance cleanse products being used together as trial/samples.
I ordered my sample online for each of the products and agreed to the shipping charges to come out of my bank account.
Per the customer service representative Amor agent ID # 084 this happened on Monday 4/5/10.
Per my banking website, this posted on Tuesday 4/6/10.
The product was mailed to me through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and was received by me on Saturday 4/10/10.
Each box had the exact same information listed on the outside of the box. However there was no paperwork in either box of trial/samples I received.
The label on the outside of each box didn't list the company name, a phone number or website to contact the company; only an address.

On Thursday 4/22/10 the company charged me $79.98 plus a $.64 International service fee. I found this out on Saturday 4/24/10 when I happened to be checking my account balance. I tried to call the # +80086558655 which was listed on my banks webpage. This isn't a valid #.
I then got the actual package box and bottle that the product came in. There is a # 866-221-1575 listed. I called this # and to my surprise, no one answered. They only work monday - friday.
So, monday morning 4/26/10 I called the # and was connected to Cypress GREECE and talking to John # 017. I asked for a 1 -800 # in the UNITED STATES. He gave me 1-877-529-3745. I called and spoke to Amor #084. He kept telling me that I had authorized the charge. I told him I authorized the shipping of $3.95 to come out of my bank account since this was a trial/sample. but that I want a refund of the $79.98 plus the $.64 international fee credited to my account. He continued to tell me that I only had 14 days to cancel and their company considers this a valid charge. I asked how I was supposed to cancel without any paperwork stating a phone # or a website? He couldn't answer me.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and he connected me to Amy. (Employee # CCTL 013) She has no intentions of refunding my money. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could call the customer service line # back and ask that way. Now, why would I want to do that when I have already wasted 35 minutes of my time to only get the run around.
I finally got a name of Michael Jones who is supposedly the manager (which I would bet this person doesn't exist. Its just a made up name not affiliated to anybody in the company).
I am going to contact the better business bureau and my bank.
I am also going to contact the local TV station and see if they will do a story on this company. Who states that they are in Torrence, California, but Amy was in Arizona. She wouldn't tell me where though.

Charging my Account
I placed an order on 3/26/2010 for a 14 day trial. I called and canceled my order on 4/2/2010 and received confirmation via email that my order was canceled. Today 4/9/2010 I was charge the $78.00 for the product as though I did not cancel within 14 days. When I called their records show that I canceled and they did not charge me $78.00. I have submitted a claim with my bank to have the charges reversed and will have to wait on them to see if its done.

refund
I would like a refund of 149.99 which they say is a membership fee on a product which is 3.99 something is wrong with that picture and I will like for someone to call me back or just say something in stead of giving me the run around.
