Advance Cleanse is a scam. It advertise as 14 days trial period, but only gives you about 3 days total after you receive the products. They started counting the day you order the products and also the shipping days, by the time it gets to you, you only have about 3 days to try it out...you wouldn't even have enough days to try it out. After about 3 days of receiving the product, your credit card is already being charge for $149 and when you called to explain to them that you didn't even the 14 days, they tell you to email some support group of theirs and you're supposed to get a response within 3 business days. That's another bullshit! They never email you back and wouldn't reverse the charge!!! What a scam!!!

taking my money
I got a free trial of the advance cleanse products and cancelled within the two-week time limit. I just got my credit card bill and found that they charged my credit card 149.95 almost a month LATER! I had cancelled 3 weeks prior to the charge! This company is a fraud and there is no way to get my credit card charges dropped!

I have u to know it is this website that u took my money out of my card. You better put my money back on my card or look forward to be sued. the last digits of my card is 4976. you all are a bunch of load down scamming people.

I too have been cheated! I took advantage of the free trail- but the thing is I did not even use the product. I received it in the mail a week later- my trial date was almost here and I didn't open the product. I called to let them know that I wanted to cancel my trail offer and return the product but they charged my account a week later. They told me that I had to make a complaint at Productsupport123.com and then they will review my information and complaint to see if I can get a refund. To this day, I still have the bottle (unused) and have not received any notices from them. All I want to do is return the product so that i can get my refund.

Charged $169.95 on my account and $3.40 for converstion fee
I tried the trial period purchase. I paid $3.95 for 14 day free trial period. I canceled subscription on 5th day. I noted the cancellation number and on March 23rd I was charged 169.95 on my credit card. I had to put in a refund request online (only) and I was denied. The customer service people has all kinds of incorrect information which convienently put me past the cancellation date (March 22nd was the 14th day). I am a rational person but I tell anyone reading this that I lost it. I showed out on the phone. I told them that i felt like they were running a game, that they intentionally documented erronious eniformation to substantiate them charging my credit card and scaming people. I am suppose to get my refund within the next 10 days. I will write back and let you know when this happens. I still can not believe this happened. I am glad that i documented everything that I did. But this has turned into a migrane headache. I also found out that my account was charged a $3.40 converstion fee. This is a fee that is tacked on because it was a international transaction and there was a fee for converting the money. Where did that come from!! I asked about this fee and they said they new nothing about it. So from this point on I say...if it says Free Trial Period...RRRRUUUNNNN!!!

unauthorized payment
I found This website on-line. THey offered a trial period to "try" this product. BULLS**T. They chargerd my credit card $169.95 for this advance cleanse stuff that does not work. I tried to cancell my additional request for this product they have yet to refund my money. Please refund this $169.95. Im a single mom working to pay every bill on my own. I need My money back. I DO NOT recommend this product EVER!!! last 4 of my card is 2984. PLease Refund my $169.95.

Advance Cleanse Herbal Supplement
I ordered a trial bottle and noticed right away that it said specifically not to use it more than two weeks. I stopped using it and low and behold another bottle shows up. I have no interest in continuing a membership with this company, but there is no address, telephone number, or website listed on the invoice.

THIS IS A SCAM AND NOT A FREE TRIAL. IT IS CALLED 'NEGATIVE OPTION FEATURE SCAM', Number one in the top ten of scams. They charge you $1 for a "FREE TRAIL". Then 2 weeks later they charge you a $169.99 'MEMBERSHIP FEE'! NOT REFUNDABLE because you didn't tell them you didn't want it within 14 days.
DISPUTE THIS WITH YOU CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY ARE WELL KNOWN!
WRITE THEM UP ANY CHANCE YOU GET ON ANY COMPLAINT BOARD and FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!
They are thieves...they STOLE YOUR MONEY!!!
DO NOT STAND FOR IT!!!
