Refund of membership charge
My credit card was chargerd $149.95 with out my permission. All i wanted was a free trail of their product not an annual membership. I'm very upset and requesting a refund.

trial refund
I ordered the product on the 21st and it was a 14 day trial to be canceled on the 14th day. I than called on the 8th which happen to be a monday and also happen to be day 15. They charged my account and refused to credit it. Claiming I did not call on time (by one day not even 24hrs). I have been cancelled however and wont receive anymore shipments. Huh I guess they get my 150.00 for free cause I get nothing else. Not even a prorated amount refunded or anymore product. I was told there is no one else to talk to. I was told there is not a manager on duty. I was told that this very unhelpful rude person was all there was for my issue. I at the same time order acaii who advertise with them and they had no problem refunding my money and cancelling and understood that my doctor said due to diabetes I could not take these product. My product did not come for 2 days and should have been when my trial started since technically you cant start a trial till your product comes in. I plan to do all I can to make sure no one else orders this product due to poor customer service or satisfaction. Please if you have any help with this email me at [email protected] |

your ad states next mounth charge would be 12.95 it does not say anything about a membership fee of 169.95 i want a refund or i'm going to the bbb. an the attorney general office to fill a complaint fraudulent charges

I have been trying to get in touch with anyone that can help me. I need my money back.I did not authorize anyone to take any money from my account.Want to speak to the person whom signed the letter that came with the product, which i have not yet tried because i got it two days before you took my money!!! Whats that about???????Please have Arianna Rivas get in touch with me A.S.A.P. just like you took my money!!! My phone number is in your records just like my E-MAIL!!! PUT MY MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT!!!

Withdrew money from my account without any authorization
I want a REFUND Spoke to ROSE cxl#1070808 my wife is so ill and she thought this colon cleanse would help get all impurities out, instead she is met with this scam. People cant afford to lose money, we cant so could you REFUND our money!

Unauthorized Charge
This company is complete fraud and even though you cancel with this company they will still charge your card. Not only do they not provide a competant person to talk with to handle your complaint, no one at that call center is even able to comprehend English. They can sure talk with you when you want to place an order and charge your card with a live person, but to get a refund, you MUST submit an email. No reputable company conducts business in such a manner. More than likely this is another Nigerian scam.

I ordered this product on the 18 of feb. I received it on the 1st of march I canceld it the same day because I found out I was pregnantand I didnt need them at this time. But on the 9th you went ahead in charged me 149.00 anyway after I had called and canceld the product. I SENT FOR A FREE TRIAL OF THEIR PRODUCT, NEXT THING I KNOW THEY CHARGED ME $169.95 FOR A MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. THIS WAS NOT WANT I AUTHORIZED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. THEY SAID SORRY, NE REFUNDS!!! I AUTHORIZED A FEE OF 97 CENTS TO TRY THERE PRODUCT.

refund of membership fee
I did not see any where on my terms and condition sheet that I printed off where it said I was going to be charged $149.95 for the membership fee. I was planning on cancelling future orders anyway and did not know anything about a membership fee, and on top of that, I have had a death in the family this past week, and I have not been myself, I do not need this at this moment. This better be taken off of my card, or I will take further matters in this case. I spoke with a representitive named Sam 093, and she was very rude to me and would not connect me to the supervisor, until I told her I demanded to talk to a supervisor, and she said it would take an hour to hour and a half, and I told her I had allnight, and I got a supervisor in 2 mins. She had lied to me. Bottom line, I am not paying for something I did not know about.

Charged for product unordered
This company is running a HUGE SCAM. I am a man who has no need to lose weigh, < yet I noticed on my bank statementthat I have Been Charged for this Advance Cleanse Acai Berry crap. I have called their customer service line with my complaint and have recieved no satisfaction. I want my money back and an investigation into this company. How are they getting away with unlawfully charging me for a product never ordered. I have a cancellation number it's 575786. Please stop these theives. Thnk you.
